I woke up, wide awake and ready to go at 3:45 this morning. I looked around the room, realized where I was (splitting time between houses sucks), thought about getting up, put my head down and went back to sleep. Kind of. My brain was now on and functioning, so it was a battle of wills. Finally, I said to myself, "Life is good, you are happy, there is nothing to perseverate over, GO TO SLEEP." And ya know what? I did! I finally got up at 6:15 and am now going about my day -- HAPPILY. Sometimes, happy goes a long way, huh?
I'll fill you in on our matchmaking skills tomorrow... For now, have a HAPPY day.
