- For the loving Mom sleeping in the other room of my home with her two dogs who are sweet, cute and wonderful; who no matter what keeps going and going and going.
- For the friends who have never left my side, those who have gone and returned, those who have gone for good but left a mark on the person I have become and those that I have stumbled upon this year with the hopes that they will be a part of my life for a long time to come.
- For the one thing I had thought I would never have. For the man who makes me eyes sparkle and my heart sing, who makes me feel special, loved, beautiful, crazy, wonderful, appreciated and so many other thing. The man who put a ring on my finger and is proud to tell the world that he loves me and smiles when I tell the world that I love him.
- For all the things he adds to my life; the friends, interests, family, fun, growth and pure joy.
- For the year that I am having full of lessons and adventures and new people and challenges daily.
- For a boss that smiles when I melt down, supports a crazy learning curve, and makes sure I don't go down in a blaze of glory.
- For my birth family-- they may not behave as I would like all the time, but they are mine.
- For my chosen family -- they are my lifeline, my sanity and my ports in a storm; some call them friends I call them siblings.
- For all these things, people and reasons... today and always I am THANKFUL.
May you all have reasons to be thankful, people to share this time with and enough love in your heart to be thankful -- always.
